It is a whole unit which faces a beautiful mountain. Compact and it has what we need. It's a pity we didn't have the time to enjoy the jacuzzi. It will be great if the pillows can be more firmer.

A 1970s-era container in need of renovation and modernization. The hot tub lacks wind protection, there are no shelves or towel hooks in the bathroom, and the toilet doesn't flush properly. There's no double bed. Insufficient storage space for four people. The kitchen is extremely old-fashioned and low. The best thing about the container is the view.

Lightning

Nous avions le grand cottage sur la droite avec Hot Tube; joliment décoré et bien équipé. On voit que c est ancien mais cela suffit pour 1 nuit.

Il faut remplir le hot tube en arrivant, ce qui prend environ 1h30 (nous avons dû enlever les toiles d’araignées; beaucoup d’araignées vers le banc et autour). Nous sommes allés dans d’autres cottages où le Hot tube est rempli et prêt à l’arrivée.

Les voisins de l’autre cottage doivent passer par notre terrasse pour utiliser leur douche juste à côté du hot tube donc pas d’intimité.

La route principale passe juste en bas mais ça nous a pas dérangé. On a une jolie vue depuis la terrasse.

Un rifugio perfetto per me e la mia compagna nel nostro viaggio alla scoperta dell’Islanda più autentica. Questo cottage incantevole combina comfort e natura selvaggia, con interni caldi e curati. La vista sulle montagne è mozzafiato, regalando momenti di pura serenità. L’host è stato premuroso e attento, rendendo l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Un soggiorno autentico e rigenerante, assolutamente consigliato!

The cottage itself is spacious, clean, and full of authentic charm. It’s refreshingly simple, without unnecessary frills, but equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay after a day of adventures. A highlight is the free outdoor hot tub, ideal for unwinding under the open sky. Highly recommended for anyone looking for peace, nature, and a real taste of Icelandic life!

Great property just outside Dalvik. Our cottage was clean and the communication with the host was great. We really enjoyed the view of the valley from the deck and had an amazing time using the BBQ and relaxing on the hot tub. Fast Wi-Fi connection, our family had a great time here. Value for money too

Camera microscopica con divano letto basic. Doccia esterna e quindi scomoda. C'è una sauna ma esterna anche quella e stava piovendo forte e quindi abbiamo rinunciato. Peccato perché il cottage vicino sempre della stessa proprietà sembrava nettamente più bello.
