Contrary to some comments, we had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was nicely renovated and very comfortable. Beddings and towels were new and clean, kitchen was well stocked and the availability of a washing machine and dryer helped. We also liked that parking was available for free and the apartment was just a short walk to the town centre and waterfront.

While there was a slight hiccup during the check-in process, the host was quick to respond and acknowledge the mistake. She also graciously refunded us for the inconvenience caused. While unexpected, it demonstrated her professionalism and readiness to take service recovery measures unlike other operators we’ve come across.

We have no hesitation recommending G19 to anyone.

We stayed for two nights in the 3-bedroom apartment on the second/last floor. The apartment is beautifully furnished and very well equipped. The check-in/check-out process was easy and we received all info we needed in due time.

Very disappointed. Not at all as advertised.

Maybe one room looks like photos, rest don't. Mine sire doesn't.

It's much smaller and with low, cramped ceilings.
No dryer as advertised ( we booked it to do laundry specifically, won't dry on clothesline overnight in the wet air). Walls paper thin, can hear every footstep and the street. Windows are cracked in kitchen. No response from owner at all for days leading up. Garbage piled up outside the door. Shower curtain smells. In fine print, if any dishes unwashed theyll charge 200 euro.

No shower supplies, but maybe that's our fault, won't criticize for that. That being said, our gorgeous other places we stayed all had good bath supplies.

It does have a bed an a fridge, and its clean enough. Kitchen has some descent supplies. Free parking is nice.

This place is fine if you can't find a hostel. Feel duped. Find another place.

I felt compelled to write a review after seeing so many negative reviews about this place. My family of 5 and I stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. It was fantastic. I prefer contactless check in and the process was smooth and all necessary information was communicated effectively. The furniture was nice and the apartment was cute and cozy. There is a washer and dryer along with anything you might need in the kitchen (knives, plates, coffee machine, etc). We stayed in apartment 104 and I would definitely stay again! Additionally, there is free parking right outside the apartment entrance which is very convenient especially since the other family we were traveling with didn’t have this and had to pay for street parking (which isn’t hard but just not convenient). I am assuming the other negative reviews are for the other smaller apartments in the building because I wouldn’t say anything negative about our experience.

ich kann die negativen Bewertung verstehen, aber bitte lest meine Bewertung bis zum Ende. Beim Buchen waren wir auch erst etwas verblüfft über die Bilder, aber beim weiteren Auswählen war dann klar, dass die größeren Zimmer zu dem größeren Apartment gehören. Das bedeutet nicht das ich solche Bildertricks auf Google oder anderen Abbuchungsseiten gut finde ... Deshalb 1 Stern Abzug. Vielleicht wären 2 Sterne sogar besser, aber dann ist es keine neutrale Bewertung. Das Apartment Halbparterre ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Toll, dass es eine Waschmaschine gibt.

I understand the negative review but please read my review to the end. When we booked we were a bit taken aback by the pictures, but when we made our selections it became clear that the larger rooms belonged to the larger apartment. That doesn't mean that I like such picture tricks on Google or other booking sites... Therefore 1 star deduction. Maybe 2 stars would be even better, but then it's not a neutral rating. The semi-ground floor apartment is very nicely furnished. Great that there is a washing machine.

Total deception. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. A total deception and nothing like the pictures.
- owner not responding to messages.
- entrance to ground floor apts is dirty and next to trash dumps overflowing and smelly.
- the shower is smelly and dirty something like a dirty hostel.
- there is a washer but there is no dryer as advertised, so now I am left with wet cloth in my luggage until our next stop. We booked this place specifically for the washer and dryer and got completely duped.
- window is broken and glass cracked. Windows can only be opened a little bit so this ground floor apt has very bad air circulation. It's more like a basement. The whole place just smells.
- you can hear everything that is happening in upstairs every movement and outside traffic.
- pillow has stains.
- fine print, If you don't leave the kitchen the same way you found it clean and dry completely, you will get a 200 euro fine. That makes me think that they don't really clean the kitchen after each guests. Clearly not covid safe.

Not sure how they got other good reviews maybe just for that one nice looking apt they advertise, but trust me it's not worth your money. Look at other bad reviews, they are telling the truth.

Room was not ready upon arrival. Had to call 5 times until somebody answered. Waited 1h in the car until it was ready for us. The neighbours had a party and it was loud the whole night, the walls are very thin and we could hear every move. The owners did not respond to our feedback. Would not recommend.
