Einhverjar af þeirra herbergja eru með sjálfgefnu sósu og öðrum sómlíkingum. Allir húsahópar hafa mikla stofu, stór stofu og kaffikró, eldhús með jafnvel mikil stöðu eldflóa, svefnsali með þurrköldum skrefum, mikinn skurð og myndavél og tvískurður með bili og skurði. Þegar kemur að þörf fyrir önnur þöngbúnaður er boðið upp á að leigja það með leigunni.

I do not recommend this place and it definitely does not look like the pictures. Everything is very old, neglected, worn out, rusty, poorly managed, and the bed sheets smell of sweat, the towels smell of stagnant water, all is at the limit beetwen acceptable and unsanitary. This accomodation is absolutely to be avoided; we left the room at midnight to the airport even if we have the airplaine at 06.00. Still, neither I nor my child could sleep in these appalling conditions. The bathroom smells of mildew.

This may be a good spot to see the northern lights from but that was not the reason of my trip, the place is nothing like as it was advertised
I feel like they were deceiving, I would not recommend this to anyone
The place was old, everything was not as the pictures, the bed sheets were old, the pillows have no body left on them, they were old and flat, if it wasn't for me coming in so late and having no time to switch hotels I would have not stayed there, there was supposed to be a bathroom per stay and we had to share the bathroom with a whole another family, it was awkard
I was charged 30 Euros for 3 breakfast that I never got, on the fridge there was some juices and I bag with what it look like pancake mix, that is not a 30 euros breakfast

Close to Grotta light house, which is a bonus if you are there for the Northern Lights.
Unfortunately, there are more cons than pros at these apartments.
The whole place is in need of at least a lick of paint, and tightening of a few bolts.
One bathroom for two apartments is not enough, especially, when the shower is joined with the WC.
The kitchen was small and there were not enough bigger pots. The kitchen was used by three apartments. The dining area is enough for 4 people max.
The electricity was going out when one hob, oven and the kettle were turned on.
We've noticed that not many people use curtains in Iceland.
I think they should be there and the choice to keep them open or leave them closed should be given to customers. Just the blinds is not enough for us.

Le foto non corrispondono alla stanza data. Stanza piccola. Bagno condiviso sacrificato e da rifare. Pulizia da migliorare.
Darei 10 alla titolare per la furbizia perchè dopo 2 ore dalla mia partenza mi ha invitato a casa sua per una fettina di torta. XD

Für diesen Preis kann man sich wirklich nicht beklagen - man hat alles was man braucht und es ist sauber. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich! Die Lage ist unglaublich toll ich habe ihr meine ersten Nordlichter gesehen.

There are good and bad sides. I stayed in the four person family room with private bathroom in mid-October (a lot of rain).||The good - very nice staff with excellent communication, nice location close to Reykjavik, easy parking, breakfast, kitchen on site, exit to garden, rooms were clean.||The bad - it is an apartment in a basement and it shows many signs of being run down. Bed in the living area had broken structure, it was not very comfortable. Heaters were just above being cold and the thermostats did not make any difference. Staff provided a small electric heater. It wasn't cold but there was no chance to dry clothes that got wet in heavy October rain. Hinges on door to the bathroom were very rusty and made loud noise whenever somebody opened or closed the door. Whoever slept on he bed in the living area had a wake up when others used the bathroom.||The staff deserves 5 stars, but the apartment is in a need of a renovation to get more starts.|

Niska cena, więc nie można wymagać luksusów. W pokojach trochę zimno, wstawiony kaloryfer do podgrzewania. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, ekspres do kawy, herbata oraz jedzenie zbywające innym turystom do dyspozycji. Miejsce dobre do oglądania zorzy polarnej. Miła obsługa. Warte polecenia dla niskobudżetowych turystów.

After our week-long trip to the north and east, we needed a "landing" place closer to Reykjavik before our final day. This property is in the residential suburbs of Reykjavik, not far from the Grotta Lighthouse.
Check-in process was simple with a digital lock on the door. We had a room for 3 people and a bathroom which we shared with guests in another room (though we never saw them).
A small kitchen was available for us to re-heat our takeaways from the previous night and there's complimentary coffee.
In the morning, we did a short walk to the lighthouse for sunrise pictures. No northern lights during the night though, can't be lucky every night.
