Luxury apartment with great view. Host super nice and friendly and rapid in response. Booking cancelled our booking but the host is super nice to host us anyway. Well equipped with everything you needed in a stylish way. We love every aspect of it and would highly recommend it to anyone who looks for a good rest in the great nature in Iceland.

Amazing apartment and very serviceminded and helpful host. The hot tub with a quiet and beautiful view was the best! Would love to stay there again if the opportunity arises.

Na acht dagen rondreizen door IJsland met de camper kwamen we op onze laatste dag aan bij dit prachtige appartement. Wat een fijne afsluiting van onze vakantie! Heerlijk ontspannen in de hottub met een geweldig uitzicht, comfortabele bedden en een keuken die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Alles is strak en smaakvol ingericht.
Morgenochtend vertrekken we volledig uitgerust richting huis.
Dit appartement is echt een aanrader!

Absolutely beautiful apartment with everything you need and much more. Very luxurious equipped. We enjoyed the whirlpool so much after hiking 🥾 in cold weather. I would highly recommend staying here, it’s perfect near to the airport but absolutely not loud because the windows are very soundproof. Big big Tv, Sonos sound system and Nespresso coffee machine. We loved it

W-O-O-W! Het appartement is echt prachtig. Bij binnenkomt zie je direct dat er goed voor deze woning gezorgd wordt. Alles ziet er tiptop uit! De keuken is voorzien van alle gemakkelijk en zeer modern aangelegd. De woonkamer is erg ruim en de mega TV is gemakkelijk in gebruik. De slaapkamers zijn erg ruim met goede bedden en voldoende kastruimte. De badkamer is te gek met fantastische douche(s). Het bad is bijna niet te omschrijven. Larus had het bad al helemaal klaargezet dus we konden er meteen in. De ramen kunnen helemaal open zodat je kunt genieten van het uitzicht. Helaas geen Noorderlicht gezien maar als het er is, dan is dit wel de beste plek om het te bekijken. Het appartement is echt extreem smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een heel groot compliment voor de host! Echt een aanrader!

I booked a room here last minute after our flights got screwed up and the Bay View Apartments was an absolute DREAM.

With this being a last minute thing, we didn't have a car but it was an easy taxi drive to the apartment from the Airport. We also booked the morning of and the owners of the apartment reached out to us quickly via email. One of the owners met us at the apartment to let us in and showed us around. He even set up the tub for us and offered to drive us to the grocery store nearby!

The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful and any photos I take would do no justice. I highly recommend checking out the photos on Hotels.com to get an idea of what it really looks like. The apartment is great with an impressive kitchen. There's even a washer and dryer.

The best part? The tub. 110%. Thermal baths are one of my favorite things about Iceland, so being able to have my own personal one was the best. The next morning, I drew another bath and soaked before getting ready to leave for our flight. The 11 am sunrise was great to watch and was so entirely relaxing.

The next time I need to stay around the airport I will ABSOLUTELY be booking a stay at the Bay View Apartments. It's incredibly convenient to the airport, has an amazing view, and you get to enjoy that awesome hot tub. If you're in need of a place in this area, I highly recommend it.
