Worked perfectly. Seamless talk, text, data. A few tips: 1) Pick up is at the 10-11 (S'barros). This is located outside security after you've finished immigration, duty-free (alcohol shopping) and customs, right before you leave the airport building. But if you miss it... just go back inside. 2) Put your phone into Airplane mode to get it off the local cell network (prevent Travel-pass charges), and turn Wi-fi back on to connect. 3) FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS to register. It's not that hard. 4) It says 4-7 hour battery life, but ours lasted more than 12 hours on occasion, so have no worries taking it with you hiking, as long as you're not streaming video the whole time. 5) If there are no devices connected (out of range), it will go to sleep and you will have to manually wake it up to reconnect.

La mejor decisión para toda la familia con señal de buena calidad en todo Iceland, aun en las montañas de arriba de Skofagos, super contentos, anduvimos conectados 5 personas, eso si deben andar una batería externa para cargarlo pues en el día se agota.

This was the best investment we made during our 9 day stay in Iceland! Cheaper than renting through a car rental agency too. There were some areas we did not have service, but those are areas we wouldn't even expect to have cell phone service. Easy pickup and return at the airport!

This little device was fantastic! I was not going to have any cell service in Iceland because my provider does not have service there. I ordered this a month or so before I left and picked it up at Keflavik Airport in Iceland. 80 dollars for like 8 days and had internet wherever I went. If I needed to make calls or text I used Google Duo. And I mean it worked everywhere. My wife, son and mother inlaw also connected to it and had no lag. They had cell service because they have different
providers but this kept them from using their data up. Returning it was super easy also. Just put in the mailbox at departures in Keflavik airport.

The WiFi hotspot was fast and reliable for the 6 of us traveling together in the south and west of Iceland. Was nervous about pickup because our flight was delayed 4 hours, but the girl working at the Dunkin’ understood our situation and gave us the hotspot without any fuss. It came with a password that we each entered into our phones and we all got immediately connected. Return by dropping off in a mailbox was super simple. We mainly used it for navigating because our rental car didn’t have a GPS. Also it was useful to have for directions when walking around. It was cheaper and easier than each of us getting local SIM cards.

Excellent and prompt service. I chatted online when I needed to change my delivery location and the experience was fantastic. Set up is easy and service worked 99.9% of our trip around the ring road. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Easy pick up, worked EVERYWHERE we travelled for the week, and dropped the box in the mail for return at the airport. We were traveling from the U.S. and used the hotspot for google maps, social networking, Netflix, and to access our camera at home to check on our dogs and sitter!! Amazing company with a high quality and reliable device for travelers. Not to mention that it was cheaper than any other options we considered.
