It has a retro diner vibe. It was a welcome find after a long day of sight seeing and a long walk through Reykjavik.

It's one of several vegan restaurants I had planned on visiting while on vacation. The food did not disappoint.

I had the vegan shrimp chow mein. The serving size was generous and the service was very good. The menu offers many different items. You will definitely find something you would enjoy!

Ambiance: A casual diner vibe. It has comfy booth and tables and chairs. You order at the counter and they bring your food to you.

Service: They were very nice and patiently answered all our questions.

Food: We got the Banh Mi and the shrimp seitan wok dish. Both courses were on point and seasoned perfectly. The seitan was perfectly cooked and had a nice crispy texture. The veggies were all nicely seasoned. The Banh Mi hit the spot, the mix of spicy with the pickled veggies was on point. I highly recommend this spot. There are still so many more things on the menu that I want to try.

Price: Very reasonably priced, especially for the portion size.

Honestly not the best food:/ my chow mein was sooo salty I couldn’t eat it. The dumplings taste more like egg rolls. I mean, it’s nice to find a fully vegan restaurant in Iceland but not my fav unfortunately.

Probably one of the best Loving Hut locations I've been to around the world. Food came out quickly, everything was delicious. Portion size for the cost - especially in Reykjavik as an out of towner who wasn't used to paying so much for food - was absolutely incredible.

If you're looking for a variety of good vegan options at a great cost, I'd check them out!

It is just like the Loving Hut we go to at home😁 Great Vegan food. Prices were only a few dollars more than at home (really reasonable by Iceland standards). Vegan Cake was amazing!
They also have a few freezers with vegan items (like Beyond Meat Breakfast Sausages) that you could take home to cook. Great place!

Stumbling upon this spot on Google Maps was a great find for a vegetarian lunch in Iceland. It's entirely vegan/veg, which is a nice change.

The restaurant has a very unfussy, no-frills aesthetic—just a clean, simple space with tables. It feels like a very local, family-run operation. The cuisine leans heavily towards Asian, Thai, and Oriental flavors, setting it apart from the typical Indian vegetarian places you often see globally.

You order at the counter and the friendly, helpful staff brings your meal to the table, ready to answer any questions about the menu.

While I'm a picky eater and only found the food quality to be 'okay,' my wife really enjoyed her rice dish and the food overall, especially since she prefers Asian-style cuisine.

It was a good overall experience. The people are genuinely nice, and despite the simple decor, the place is clean. We'll definitely try it again on our next trip to the area.

Had the best experiences! Only in Iceland for
Less than 48 hours. Got to our Airbnb at 8:22 and everything closes at 9. Sped walked to Loving Hut and they not only helped recommend dishes, but they told us we could stay and eat and take our time even though they were closing.

The food & staff are soo good we came back today and ordered Green & yellow curry and pad Thai. All delicious! I’m not Vegan, but
They’re tempting me to reconsider

Extremely good! A lot of variety on the menu. A few of my favorites are the Panang curry, cheese sticks, golden tofu, & coconut water. Love the decor and space. They also have some vegan grocery shop items to go like ramen, curry paste, etc.!
