Great location near the thermal park and restaurants. It's in a very nice town with lots to see and do. The guest house was easy to find, parking right outside and clean basic rooms. It was warm with a very comfy bed but a very small room for two people and suitcases. But the price was good. It was all self check in with keys left in a key safe and a code sent when our booking was confirmed. The microwave in the hallway would be useful along with a kettle in the room if traveling on a budget so that was good to see. I walked out late in the evening up to the sports field along the road to see if the Northern lights were out (sadly not) but the town felt very safe even at night. Would stay here again as the thermal river is only a 4km walk up the hill.

A great value guest house centrally located within the "Golden Circle" and in the centre of Hveragerði. Clean and comfortable. Some great viewing places for the Northern Lights very close by.

J‘ai attendu de finir mon voyage autour de l‘Islande pour mettre cet avis… Mais sur une dizaine de logements, c‘est de loin le moins bien.
Au début, j’étais plutôt contente mais je me suis ensuite rappelé combien j‘avais payé et ça m‘a refroidi. 145€ pour une chambre avec 2 lit simple, réserver 6 mois à l‘avance ?
Pour la qualité de la chambre c‘est tout simplement aberrant, la literie était pas particulièrement confortable, tout avait l‘air tellement cheap.

La femme de ménage était sympa mais c‘est tout.

Rien ne justifiait le prix. Même pas de vue ou l’emplacement.

Somewhat small rooms but very cosy. Comfy beds and in a good location if you are on your roadtrip around the area. We stayed here just for 1 night during our ring road trip.

Sono delle belle casette circondate dal nulla. Hanno tutto quello che serve, anche il BB esterno. Risentono un po' degli anni che hanno, ma nel complesso e per dove si trovano direi che è un'ottima sistemazione. Le camere se avessero avuto 30 cm in più di larghezza sarebbero state perfette.

The room was ok for sleeping but the bathroom were really small for a man and I could barely sit on the toilet. Otherwise there was a fridge, kettle and a tea in the room(also a hairdryer). In the commons room was a French press and coffee available so that was greatly appreciated. We stayed there for two night and it was over all satisfactory.
