Fallegt gistihús með sál og sögu. Mjög vel búið og öll aðstaða með ágætum. Herbergið rúmgott og notalegt,- útsýni yndislegt. Allt skínandi hreint og fínt. Staðsetning góð og verðlag sanngjarnt. Hlakka til næstu dvalar 🙂

Posizione ottima anche per andare a fare la gita con vista Balene con la Laki tours, Appartamento bello e spazioso. Manca il microonde, ma la cosa che non era segnalata è che si trova al disotto del manto stradale, cosa che a me sinceramente non è piaciuta tanto e non eravamo stati avvisati.

Traditional boarding house right opposite the Museum of sorcery and witchcraft.|Access is via keycode/keysafe. You have to try each one until you access your room number.||Double bed on first floor via steep stairs. Feels homely. Blackout blind but light comes in at the edges so bring an eye mask if you are sensitive to light during the summer months.|Bed is comfortable. I had a good night's sleep. ||Kitchen etc to use.||Bathroom clean with decent shower pressure and towels are provided in the rooms. There is a hairdryer in each bathroom ( couldn't see that mentioned anywhere but may save someone bringing one out!)||Good views across the fjord.

Ein Gästehaus in einem liebevoll renovierten Haus aus dem frühen 20. Jahrhundert. 2 Bäder im EG, extra WC im 1. Stock. Grundriss originalgetreu,d.h. die Zimmer sind klein - große Koffer lieber im Auto lassen!
Frühstück ist optional zubuchbar und sehr empfehlenswert. Der hübsch eingerichtete Aufenthaltsraum dient tagsüber als Café. Wir hatten das große Glück, die einzigen Gäste zu sein!
Holmavik ist ein wunderbar idyllischer Ort.

We rented apartment 1 (a self contained apartment with private living room/kitchen area, bedroom and bathroom) which was very nice. Clean and suited our needs for our night in Holmavik.||Small criticisms would be the kitchen wasn’t well equipped - no baking trays for the oven, very few utensils for cooking. ||We also struggled with check in - apartment 1 is the door to the right however there is no number or sign on the door to indicate it is that apartment. We were not the only ones to struggle finding the right room/apartment - another couple had to contact the owners/managers to find their place and another couple actually walked into our apartment looking for where they were staying as it is confusing.

Great shared area and big clean kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay here, the guest house looks directly at the small harbour. Staff are nice and welcoming. The only small minus is that walls are paper thin so the first up wakes everybody else. There are two bathrooms for 10 guests, a small toilet only one upstairs and the shower downstairs.

2 Toiletten und 1 Gemeinschaftsdusche erfordert schon Sauberkeit der Mitgäste. Wir hatten Glück und es passte. Ansonsten ist es sehr klein, die Zimmer sind eher eine Zumutung. Aber alles sonst sauber. Frühstück hatten wir im Hotel Finna, die Straase rauf. Das muss man nicht haben. Lieber im Supermarkt an der Tankstelle am Ortseingang einkaufen und das Frühstück selber machen. Das GH bietet eine voll eingerichtete Küche.

This guest house centrally located. Parking is ample. The rooms are upstairs and mine was comfortable. We were there in the off-season. There were only two other rooms occupied when we were there, so it did not feel at all crowded. The bathrooms are shared -- a toilet closet upstairs and full bath downstairs. The shower was quite good. I would say the downside is narrow stairs to ascend to the rooms. But the main area is well furnished and ample. ||||All in all we were very happy with this accommodation.
