Lots of tour companies operating out of various busses. Be prepared for a lot of confusion with large crowds in the morning. We ended not getting picked up. Either because we couldn’t hear our name or they just completely missed the pickup. The drivers do a bare minimum, so be prepared. Really awful experience !

Great central bus stop , it is where I was picked up for all my tours and airport trips . It is in front of the City Hall building, where on a cold day I popped in to warm up , and also grabbed a visitors guide! It is right by the big pond, where you can sit on a bench and watch the ducks and geese, if you are too early for your ride. And that section is right in front of a coffee shop. Perfect!

I like the way there’s standard bus stops around the town close to hotels and tourist hotspots as it makes travelling and transfers much easier. However, it can get crowded especially for the northern lights tour and panic can set in when people are not called for the buses. There’s quite a bit of space at this bus stop. Nothing special. Close to city centre and a short walk from taxi rank.

Very crowded from around 19:30 when the tour pick up times start. If you are waiting for a pick up for a tour, be sure to listen our for your name as a lot of buses/minivans/jeeps stop here.
