First, be aware that Google does not take you to the parking lot. The parking lot fits about 6 cars and is on the right, coming from Fludoir, about 1/4 mile before Google indicates. As others have stated, it's a fairly steep hike but I found it to have decent footing. ( Likely much more treacherous if it has been raining a lot.) At the top we chose to hike around the lake. Gorgeous views in every direction. So glad we spontaneously decided to do this!

I’m adding this review so people could find this hiking path more easily.

The path starts next to a small gravel parking space, found alongside route 30: https://goo.gl/maps/rfs4ihhmRn8dSXsw8 or 64°07'07.3"N 20°19'03.7"W

The path is well marked and accessible, it loops around a lake found at the summit. The path is parts dirt, grass and gravel. Some of the grass areas can be wet, and the path becomes more steep towards the summit.

The view at the lake and surrounding countryside is stunning, so highly recommended!

A little hard to find, find the small parking lot, and then look to the left where there is a marker stick and trail going up, follow the trail and cross the ladder, and then follow the marker sticks from one to the other as you go up. There's a nice lake at the top, and views from all around.

Voor beginners was de klim een hele uitdaging. Je vertrekt van een kleine parking zonder aanduidingen en klimt over een ladder om te kunnen beginnen. Maar het uitzicht is de moeite waard.

Cool short hike. Ran to the top in 10 minutes. Didn't expect to find a lake at the top. It's a cool place to see the midnight sun.

Nice short and private hike - we were the only ones there. Steep toward the top, but it’s just like climbing stairs. Trail loops around the lake and has nice views of the surrounding mountains and farm lands.
