Bílstjórar fyrirtækisins eiga að segja fólki að spenna belti. Það var ekki gert síðast þegar ég fór með rútu fyrirtækisins. Þá voru nánast allir í rútunni ekki í belti.

Excellent, no fuss service. It's all very easy.
The drivers are professions and helpful. They drive very well and safe in horrible weather conditions.
The price for transfers is excellent.
Buses are clean and warm.

The service was excellent, and the price was quite reasonable. Visiting Iceland for the first time, we were initially worried about transportation, given the severe weather conditions we had heard about. We debated whether to call a taxi, rent a car, or use Flybus. Ultimately, we chose the Flybus service, and it turned out to be an excellent decision.

Our choice was influenced by both the weather and cost. Taxis from the airport are reportedly very expensive, and we had also heard about several rented cars sliding off the roads due to icy conditions. Flybus provided a convenient and safer option.

The Flybus service was well-organized, with a reception desk right at the airport exit. We easily found the desk and were informed that the bus would be waiting just outside. They provided us with red cards (indicating our destination, as different colors correspond to different destinations), making the process very straightforward.

The journey to our hotel took approximately two and a half hours, and we were very impressed with the service. It was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and we would highly recommend Flybus for airport transfers in Iceland.

This review is specifically for the Flybus "PLUS" option which is an optional additional service that supposedly picks you up at the bus station to drop you off. I feel like the pick-up drop-off tagline is misleading as it does not necessarily drop you off AT your actual hotel. In my case, I still had to walk 2 and a half blocks to get to my hotel, good thing it had stopped raining; rain was in the forecast that's why I booked this option. Had I known, I would've just taken a taxi to avoid unnecessary wait and the possibility of getting drenched in the rain. The driver was friendly.

Considering that this is the only public transport from the airport to and from the city- the concept of waiting till all the seats are filled is counterproductive and not what one expects especially if a flight is to be caught. Would rather spend a bit more a be on the safe side with a taxi

We used this bus to get from airport to our car rental in Reykjavik.

Drive took 45 min. & waiting time 15 min., we were almost 1st passengers; so we had to wait untill bus was full.

Very convenient, on time, check in with QR code or you could pay inside with either cash or card.

It was so easy to follow. Each and every staff - right from airport desk to drivers were so helpful. This was my first time in Reykjavik but the drivers ensured I get on to the correct connecting pick and drop off mini bus and also dropped off in the correct stop for my hostel. And they did this for every passenger. This is extraordinary level of service I have never seen before anywhere in the world! Very clean comfortable buses! Absolutely brilliant
