We rented a Skoda for 2 weeks during our trip in Iceland from Go Car Rental and had wonderful experience with them. We bought the Platinum insurance through them which is more expensive but totally worth it. The rental was hassle free. We walked to the key box to pick up the key. The car is new and very comfortable. The entire drive was worry free and really enjoyable, especially when we drove on ring road with beautiful views. The return was easy, just dropped the key back to the box following the clear instructions and a short video. Best car rental experience ever. Highly recommended to everyone.

The people here are very friendly and courteous. They threw in a charger for free. They have a station where you can drop off used or unused goods for others and encourage you to take things if needed. We did have to wait for our car because our flight was quite early but was no fault to the rental service. The atmosphere is chill and the ample seating space was very comfortable.

Modalita di chek-in/check-out velocissimo e semplicissimo, ho utilizzato per 7giorni una Dacia Duster 4x4 ad un prezzo che ho ritenuto onestissimo ne troppo alto e neanche basso, ma è stata la scelta più azzeccata.
La macchina era in ottime condizioni, non ho mai avuto problemi, ho fatto il giro dell'Islanda con tratti anche di strada sterrata in totale serenità.
La compagnia mi ha dato, wi-fi incluso e chiavetta sconti per 2 noti benzinai che si incontrano spesso e volentieri per tutta l'isola. Davvero bellissimo viaggiare cosi! ha reso ancora piu bella la vacanza, consigliatissimo!

I made a reservation for a BMW X3 2025 model through GO Car Rental for a seven-day period from September 7th to 13th September 2025. I opted for the platinum insurance package, along with 24/7 roadside assistance. The service rendered was exceptional.
The vehicle was delivered in pristine condition and was well maintained by the rental company.
The mileage was only 5,000 km, which ensured a smooth and dependable journey during the seven-day period.

The experience will be etched in my memory as I had the privilege of traveling with my wife and my kids in the finest automobile along the ring road. I will miss the driving with this Car for sure!!!

Should any unforeseen circumstances arise during my travels, I promptly contacted the rental company via email, and they responded promptly and effectively. However, it is noteworthy that they do not have a WhatsApp number as a communication channel for tourists. It would be advantageous if they could provide a direct emergency WhatsApp contact number for customers.

Overall, I would highly recommend the rental company, rating it with a score of nine out of ten.

Go Car Rental is an excellent company for renting vehicles. The whole procedure was very simple. There is a pick-up option where you don't have to wait in line to pick up your car. We drove a Dacia Duster, which is great and very comfortable. The prices are fair, and the level of mutual trust is incredible. Everything is clearly explained in the emails you receive, including the location and the way to pick up the vehicle. 5 out of 5 rating! I will definitely rent a car from them again. The only recommendation would be to inform people on the flyer about the fuel policy at the gas stations, just to make things easier. Thank you!

Wypożyczenie auta przez automatyczny kiosk to świetne rozwiązanie — szybkie, wygodne i bez zbędnych formalności. Cały proces przebiegł bardzo sprawnie: od odbioru kluczyków po zwrot pojazdu, wszystko było intuicyjne i bezkontaktowe. Samochód czekał na mnie czysty, zatankowany i w idealnym stanie technicznym. Duży plus za nowoczesne podejście i oszczędność czasu! Zdecydowanie polecam tę wypożyczalnię każdemu, kto ceni sobie komfort, niezależność i profesjonalizm. Na pewno skorzystam ponownie!
