Pretty series of waterfalls close to the Golden Circle road; the only reason i did not give it 5 stars is because you cannot approach the big waterfall from up close due to the rocks 🙂

Beautiful waterfall just off the highway, no hiking needed. Though a small two-step ladder is provided to cross a fence for better access for photos. This waterfall is usually empty of people. Quick little spot a mile from Vik for a soothing sound and beautiful view for a picnic.

This cascading waterfall is in a gorgeous valley, and is well worth the quick detour off 1. Road is rough but with care any vehicle can easily make it to the parking area, then use the ladder to cross the fence and walk the short path to the falls.

We found this waterfall on the side of the road as we were looking for our Airbnb. Very few people there. No tourists. We almost had a place for ourselves. It has a small parking lot and it looks like you have to somewhat trespass to get to the waterfall. However, since it does not seem to be too popular, it may not be a problem.

Always open. Small free parking area. Maybe park along the road if more than 3 cars are up there. You can probably go up a little more past the first big rock on the left.

It's gorgeous, however I rated it three stars because you need to manage your expectations. You can walk from town, but the road doesn't look like a road so it's easy to miss. If you drive back it's barely a walk. You can't get very close and it's easier to see from where you park. I enjoyed it very much, but I see so many reviews saying it's a great walk and all that. Go see it for sure but if you're driving in just know it'll be a five minute stop.

The best waterfall that wasn’t crowded with tourists. It is off a random road where you’ll see a two step ladder over a fence from the road. I was able to jump in the middle of the fall. It’s definitely a smaller one but winded up being our favorite stop

Superbe cascade assez peu connue par rapport à celle des alentours ! Le chemin d’accès est très sympathique avec un ruisseau et une petite échelle qu’il faut traverser ! La cascade en elle même est très belle avec des roches noires et de la mousse au-dessus ! Les oiseaux qui nichent sur les falaises alentours sont aussi un plus ! Je conseille vivement !
